diversity in the geosciences

Academic environments are notoriously white, and geoscience is the single least diverse among all STEM disciplines. Urgent intervention is necessary to both increase the accessibility of geoscience-related study for underrepresented minorities and ensure a supportive and inclusive environment for scientists throughout their career.
